- Buying raw materials: We procure material from quality-focused vendors, with thorough IQC entering inspection procedures.
- Production: We have clean workshop for production process. With a unique process chart that the company created for smooth production process.
- First Article Inspection: Sample draughts are produced and tested in accordance with specifications, and product uniformity is assured.
- Quality Inspection: The QA division continuously monitors and assesses the final products quality throughout the manufacturing process. This helps to maintain the quality of the finished product.
- Storing and Packing: Unqualified products are initially isolated, then grouped and discarded. According to the packaging regulations, the finished goods are safely wrapped.
